Customer Experience Specialist - Healthcare

Pay: $23-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: 100% Onsite in Roseville

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Document and manage customer cases, inquiries, and service issues
  • Perform data entry, including processing orders from phone, email, web, fax, and mail
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and FERPA requirements
  • Support business system testing for Salesforce, ERP platforms, and customer service software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, customer communication, and service quality
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience within healthcare required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High accuracy in data entry and case documentation
  • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
  • Proficient with computers; able to learn new software quickly
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Post-secondary education preferred but not required
